VAT Report

Create new VAT Report entry.

VAT Report View

Generate VAT Report Views that you wish to show on report. Set Visible to “Never” if you do not want this to be shown on a report.

VAT Report View Line

For each view you have to set in which columns on the report and which value is shown. This is done on VAT Report View Line page. Each View can be attached to multiple columns. What should go in which column is defined by target report. You can add one or two values from each view to multiple columns. All columns are numbered and calculated, but not all are shown on the report. For instance, first three columns may be used for Line No., Customer No. and Customer Name and values calculated in those columns will not be shown. Columns are counted from 1 with first being leftmost column. Example:

VAT Report Identifier Setup

You have to link which VAT Identifier goes to which view. Each VAT Entry has one VAT Identifier and it can go only to one View (per VAT Report).
